〔譲歩し合って解決する〕 reach [come to, arrive at] an agreement [understanding]; come to terms; 〔妥協し合う〕 compromise; come to [reach] a compromise; meet each other halfway.

●両者が折り合った値段で at a price agreed (upon) by both parties; at a compromise price

・周りの人たちと折り合っていく get on [along] with people around one; cooperate with others; 《口》 play ball with other people.

●買い手と売り手とで値段が折り合わなかった. The buyers and sellers couldn't agree on prices.
